Wine and Beverage History Lectures/Classes
Currently, I am in the continuous process of refining the lecture & education series on the
history of Wine, Beer, Spirits, other Beverages (Tea, Coffee) and foods. The historical origins
of beverage and food production provides essential insight to the human condition and our
activities.
I also believe it is the best way to learn about these beverages to gain a greater appreciation
and knowledge. The research work is time consuming and challenging on a day to day basis
involving a great deal of multidisciplinary understanding. Thus, each lecture is an ongoing
process as new archaeological finds and scholarly research becomes available.
I will be listing location and dates for public lectures or classes in near future on this page.
There will be a sign up for interested parties to attend.
